Welcome to Bluedrift Cleaning Services! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Provided

Bluedrift Cleaning Services offers professional residential and commercial cleaning, including regular maintenance, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out services. The scope of work will be outlined in your booking confirmation and contracts.

Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by our team.

  • Payment is due upon confirmation of booking prior to the cleaning date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Once booking is confirmed an invoice with a link to make your payment will be emailed to you, once payment is made your cleaning is confirmed!

  • Recurring services may be subject to a contract agreement.

 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of half of the total amount for the services booked.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Valuable or fragile items should be stored securely before our team arrives.

  • Any special cleaning requests must be communicated during booking and prior to arrival.

 Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost.

  • Complaints submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for a free re-clean.

Liability & Damages

  • Our team takes great care in providing services, but Bluedrift Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage.

  • Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours for assessment.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to improper installation of fixtures, appliances, or furniture.

Health & Safety

  • Our cleaners are trained to follow health and safety guidelines.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsanitary.

Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.

  • Any data collected is used solely for service coordination and communication.

Right to Refuse Service

Bluedrift Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including, but not limited to, unsafe working conditions, lack of access, or inappropriate behavior.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Bluedrift Cleaning Services may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or provided upon request.
